Terms of Service
These terms (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Yaqs Studios ("Cravely", "we") for your use of the Cravely apps and website (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use Cravely. One account per person and per email address. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
You may not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or that encourages self-harm, and you may not abuse other users. We filter text automatically, act on reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. You can report any post, comment or account and block any user at any time.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, display and distribute that content to operate the Service, limited by the visibility settings you choose. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies held briefly in backups.
4. Virtual items
Craves, Skeleton Keys, Vault Locks and passes ("Virtual Items") are a limited, non-transferable licence to use features inside Cravely. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not refundable except where required by law or by the store you bought them from. In-app purchases on iOS and Android are processed by Apple or Google under their terms; web purchases are processed by Stripe. We may change or discontinue Virtual Items with reasonable notice.
5. Location and gatekept spots
Location tagging is optional. If you gatekeep a spot, other users need a Key to see its name and address. Don't post private homes or locations you don't have the right to share.
6. Cravely AI
Cravely AI suggestions are generated automatically and may be wrong. Always check ingredients and allergens yourself; AI output is not dietary or medical advice.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account > Delete account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms. Unused Virtual Items are forfeited when an account is deleted or banned, except where the law requires otherwise.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Apple-specific terms
If you use Cravely on iOS, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, is not responsible for claims relating to the app, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. Your licence to the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
10. Changes and governing law
We will tell you in the app before material changes take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
