Delete your Cravely account
In the app (quickest)
- Open Cravely and sign in.
- Tap the settings (gear) icon, then Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email cravely.support@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Cravely account" and your @username. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, username, name, bio and profile photo
- Your posts, photos, comments and reactions
- Your followers, following and blocks
- Your sign-in details and sessions
- Your Craves, Keys, Locks and fragments (these can't be refunded)
What we keep
Records of purchases (what was bought, when, and the price) are kept for tax and accounting, but are no longer linked to you or your account. Reports you made about other people's content stay so we can keep Cravely safe, also no longer linked to you. Our database backups roll over within a few days, after which nothing of your account remains.
